Frequently Asked Questions

1. What kind of lunch do you provide?

All lunches are plant-based, nutritious, and delicious: made with real ingredients to fuel both body and mind. Think colourful bowls, hearty salads, nourishing dips, and whole food snacks. Everything is designed to be easy to eat and incredibly satisfying.

We’re happy to accommodate dietary needs — just let us know in advance!

2. Where are the sessions held?

We come to you! Whether it’s your office, meeting space, or staff room, we bring the session (and the lunch) directly to your workplace. We don't have any tech requirements. We just need tables and chairs, and enough space for everyone to sit and eat comfortably.

3. Can we book a taster session before committing to the full programme?

Yes! Our 1-hour or 2-hour workshops work brilliantly as stand-alone sessions or tasters before jumping into the full 6-week programme. They're a great way to introduce your team to what we offer.

4. What’s included in the 6-week programme?

The 6-week programme includes weekly 1-hour sessions with expert guidance from both Hannah and Melissa, plus optional reflection activities and gentle home learning between sessions. We cover topics like food for energy, gut health, overcoming mindset blocks, and calming the nervous system, all tailored to your team’s needs.

5. Is it suitable for all staff, including those who are less active or new to wellbeing?

Absolutely. Everything we offer is designed to be inclusive, gentle, and accessible. No gym wear or yoga mats needed, just a willingness to join in and give things a try.

6. You mention creativity. What about team members who say 'I'm not creative'?

We're all born creative, but sadly some of us get steered away from it through our formative years. Melissa will share some simple ways of connecting with that natural creativity and using it in a playful way to feel more relaxed and energised. There will be absolutely no forced sharing or putting-on-the-spot.
